The Claremont organisation have recently separated into two operating companies. Claremont will continue to carry out commercial building works and Gainsborough will specialise in high class residential work, which is a highly specialised field.

Claremont was originally formed in 1986 and is essentially a traditional contractor who carries out works mainly in London and the South East.

Gainsborough was formed in 2000, with a view to specialising in high class residential work.

We operate from our own freehold property and are able to offer a complete service in carrying out a wide variety of work, ranging from the sympathetic renovation of listed buildings to the "fast track" fitting out of offices and retail units.

From inception it was the primary objective, and remains, to carry out works between £100,000.00 and £1million in value. In this sector of the market we are able to offer the technical expertise and management skills usually associated with the larger contractors and yet are able to provide the personal care and commitment so essential in the success of any project.
